Payments are due on the 1st of the month. Payments not received by the end of the month will have a late fee of $25 charged to your account.
Jan 2025 – Dec 2025: Monthly fees increase to $152 per month.

If you prefer to pay annually, this is due the first of Oct 2024: Annual fees are $1714 which includes a 5% discount. Annual fees MUST BE PAID by Oct. 31st to be eligible for the discount.

Our Fiscal year is from October 1st to September 31st.
We have a $100 title transfer fee that can be mailed to Wrenwood Homeowners Association at the address listed above.
Our insurance is held through State Farm.
***we do have a rental cap and are currently at full capacity. The buyer should be purchasing for their own residence***
VENDOR PAYMENT PROCESS
Please know that when you work with Wrenwood, you are working with a conscientious neighborhood that follows specific protocals for payment:

Submit your invoice to us at wrenwoodhoa2@gmail.com

Your invoice will be sent to the committee chair for approval and then to the President for payment approval.

Once approvals are received, the treasurer will process your payment through e-check at Y12 FCU. If you want speed up the receipt, you are welcome to opt for ACH bank to bank payment. You can find the form to submit here.
To be an approved vendor, you must have a current liability insurance policy and be licensed in your field.
We also require a W9 form be on file. You can go here for a blank form.
